Commissioned for a private suite of rooms overlooking a championship racetrack in Florida, this project asked a rare question: what does true luxury look like when the view is pure speed and the setting is raw industrial architecture?
The answer moved across three distinct spaces. A private office designed with the intellectual swagger of a 1920s gentleman’s club, all blackened paneling, gilded detailing, tufted leather, and crystal. A ladies retreat lounge in white marble, boucle, and polished brass, where sculptural gold coffee tables catch the light of a starburst chandelier and floor to ceiling glass opens onto the track below. And a gentleman’s cigar lounge conceived in smoke, stone, and deep color.
Every object was hand-selected from real collections and real makers, chosen for its presence, its material weight, and its ability to hold a room. The result is three distinct interiors unified by a single conviction: that even a space built for speed deserves to be entered slowly.
