Leah Beth Flippen is a multidisciplinary artist and interior designer who creates transformative environments for discerning clients. Her interior practice flows seamlessly between luxury residential estates and high-profile commercial venues, minimalist serenity and maximalist drama, intimate private homes and grand public spaces. What unifies this diverse body of work is her gift for sensing what wants to emerge, then manifesting that vision through the conscious alchemy of beauty, function, and meaning.
With formal training in graphic design at the Art Institute of Dallas and advanced study in painting and photography at the University of Texas at Austin, Leah’s artistic foundation runs deep. But it was her decades in hospitality arts – including ten years creating luxury experiential installations through her Cocktails Couture company – that taught her the practical alchemy of environmental transformation. Working with discerning clients across international venues, she developed an intuitive mastery of how space, lighting, texture, and aesthetic detail converge to create memorable experiences.
Each Cocktails Couture installation was itself a work of art: hand-crafted elixirs made from scratch, antique crystal vessels, gold-plated tools arranged in altar-like displays, custom menus scripted in gold ink. This work revealed her gift for elevating the functional into the extraordinary – insights that now inform every project she undertakes.
Her interior design practice embraces remarkable range, serving both residential and commercial clients. Whether channeling bohemian maximalism for a private residence or clean minimalism for a corporate space, creating dramatic entertainment venues or serene retreats, Leah responds to what each environment wants to become rather than imposing a signature style.
